Return and Refund Policy

Return and Exchange
All items are produced uniquely and only once an order is placed.
However, we stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
As such, we do not support returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
  • Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer.
  • Change of mind after the order is placed.

Please note: In case an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address our Support Team can provide the option of either a reprint with an additional charge or a partial refund.

Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors

If you receive a damaged product or manufacturing error, we are here to help. You may be eligible for a free reprint or a refund under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
  • To start a claim for a damaged or defective item don't hesitate to get in touch with homeblessapparel@gmail.com.

Please Note: If you choose to proceed with an reprint, the usual production times will apply.  

Steps to Report an Issue
  • Contact us at homeblessapparel@gmail.com.
  • Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  • Attach any relevant photos of the damaged product or manufacturing error. 

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment typically within 5-7 business days, but the exact time vary based on your bank's processing time. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
